The Stand, STANDS for some GREAT Facts About Great Lakes

(No pun intended…well, maybe!)

  • GL is a US-manufacturer located in Northwest, PA. Interdepartmental decisions are made fast, so you can have the solution you need fast. Like when our marketing department decides they want a cell phone stand as a giveaway, we make it happen.
  • State-of-the-art fiber lasers allow us to place hole patterns, conduit locations, laser-etched cable knockouts, and even branding (like the ‘GL’ symbol) in locations that you specify.
  • Small and large powder coat lines consistently run with standard colors (black and winter white), but we have powder coat stock of other popular colors, including UV-rated powder for outdoor use. Need something more specific? We work closely with local vendors to find colors as close as possible to your request.
  • The cell stand is made of aluminum, and due to its corrosion resistance, that’s our go-to material for manufacturing outdoor cabinets. But we also work with cold rolled steel, stainless steel, galvanized steel–we’ll use what is best for the application.

  • Aside from manufacturing doing a fabulous job of fitting this cell phone project into their schedule, personal vehicles were used to deliver the product to marketing’s “door step”. While we won’t use personal vehicles to deliver your product, our inside sales team will work closely with you and our freight department to ensure your order is delivered exactly when and where it is needed. Delivery to the top floor of a super-secret facility between 1am-3am? No problem. We’ll even take the packaging trash with us if that’s what you want.
